It was good to see the rocks looking so clean
along
the gently flowing Bow,
as
I sat on a bench and reflected
on
the changes we have witnessed these few months.
It
was not long ago, flood waters, dark and muddy
rushed
madly from the Rockies.
Today
it looks happy and blue/green clean.
The
river can be compared to ones life.
We
rush through life, collecting
negative
beliefs, emotions and attitudes.
Making
no time to reflect inwardly.
River
rocks were cleaned by the flood waters,
to
once again sparkle brightly in the sun.
In
our lives we can erase and let go all negativity.
Such
in natures' beauty, so too in the soul.
