Glenbow Ranch Provincial Park

Went on an earlier morning walk in the
 Glenbow Ranch Provincial Park
The hills and valley were in full  bloom.
 with so many wild flowers.
I could not resist picking  a small boutique

They looked good on my jacket

More were added

A variety of grass joined the flowers

I now enjoy them on my table

The Tiger Lily still grows proudly in the Park

Forget-Me-Nots

What speaks to one more than to see Forget-Me-Nots showing their tiny faces to the sun.
The group of them stood tall and elegant as if they were giving their thanks and appreciation.
It was a beautiful sight that made me stop and reflect on nature's beauty.

Bone Health

Several years ago I had a bone scan that showed some deterioration. A repeated Bone Densitometry recently showed normal range with a low fracture risk. I tribute this good test results from the Bone Health products I have been taking.

PIMAG® MICROJET™ SHOWER SYSTEM

Randal and I have  up graded their shower system in our Wellness Home on Wheels.

The first shower I took using the Nikken new shower head  there was a big difference in the feel of my skin. It felt soft and smooth. When using the tap water to wash my face my skin has a noticeably tight feeling.

The only shower system that combines filtration and PiMag Water Technology; an air induction system helps neutralize chlorine; Superfine filtration reduces a wide range of water contaminants; Microbubble nozzle design provides more effective cleaning; Mineral elements produce pi water; Nikken Magnetic Technology decreases hard water buildup; Available in two models: hand-held and wall-mounted. This shower filtration system has been tested according to NSF/ANSI 177 for reduction of free chlorine

Munroe Wing

I have almost completed the first draft of my autobiography. It was a good experience to write it and it truly was a healing process.  The biggest thing was the decision of how much to write and how detailed to be.

Here is a excerpt of my nursing days at Munroe Wing at RGH

LSD was made available to the staff for experiments. A few of the staff took part in the experiments that were held. I booked a session on one of me days off. A small dose was given under the supervision of a staff researcher. It was quite an experience. Before the session I was to write down a question that I wanted an answer to. While the LSD was working on me, I saw the details of the room and the picture that hung on the wall. It was as if the subjects in the picture came alive and danced before my eyes. As the researcher sat in his chair, the chair squeaked with his movements. The sound gave me a paranoid feeling as I thought he was laughing at me. The session lasted for a few hours. When I was 'out' of the acute effects of the drug, the researcher took me out for a meal. He told me it was essential for me to eat as it would lessen the after effects of the LSD. He ordered me a steak dinner and when it arrived I took a look at the meat and saw every molecule moving on the plate that looked like worms. It was very hard to eat it. I was not sure if the researcher learned anything from that experiment session, but I sure did. I learned that when you ask a question, the answer is already there. I also learned that this drug in not one I would take again.”
