Healing Self-Hypnosis

On my journey to self-discovery I attended a Self Hypnosis Class at Care from The Core, in Regina. It was very helpful to learn the process and it's benefits.


The class was given by Brenda Witherspoon, C.Ht., Certified Hypnotherapist and President of Care From The Core


It was a fund raiser for Annie Savage, the newspaper editor of the Grenfell Sun and Broadview Express, in Saskatchewan. She was raising money for the Canadian Diabetes Association so she could join Team Diabetes in the 2011 Reykjavik Marathon in Iceland..
