Leon composts the spoiled vegetables for a local store in Black Mountain NC. He shows off the insects that helps break them down. The left over grains from a Black Mountain NC brewery is then spread over the pile.
Fields of Sweet Potatoes are being harvested. The vines are cut back and rolled over to act as a cover crop for the winter months on the next patch.

It was my job to wash the barrows of sweet potatoes.
A swarm
of bees tried to settle into an empty hive, then another swarm came
to see what was going on! The two groups fought for same hive.
Leon said the bee had not accomplished anything so left later.
